Frank Impemba, the founder of Franks Carpet Cleaning, grew up on Long Island, NY where he helped his father in the carpet cleaning business and has seen many changes in the industry over the years. He moved to Hernando County 18 years ago cleaning carpet for businesses and residential clients.
