Inova Maternal-Fetal Medicine is a practice of sub-specialists providing care to women with complex medical conditions who are or can become extremely ill during a pregnancy. Those conditions include transplant recipients, repaired complex congenital heart disease, renal failure, current malignancy, and other serious medical diagnoses. We also care for women with complex fetal conditions such as conjoined twins, major anomalies or triplets and higher order multiple gestations.
