Handi Access Inc. founded in 1993 by Franklyn Dunn, specialized in Rascal Scooters and Power Chairs has come a long way from its beginnings as a home based business. In 2009 the company expanded into Tri State Handi Access Inc., we provide service for not only for the units we sell, but also for products sold by any other dealer; for most major brands of mobility scooters, power chairs and lift chairs. The passion for providing the best equipment and service for customers gave Franklyn a vision to find new ways to provide a safe environment for customers to test the products. This vision drove him to partner with Sean Jones, their intense research gave them the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into a comfortable relaxing Showroom and Service Center.
