Welcome to Zen Retreat Spa
Zen Retreat Spa services the Long Island, NY area, and we have a purpose and a desire to provide our clients with a unique experience that is tailored to fit their physical and inner self. We can provide you with professional services that strive to soothe your body, spirit, and mind. “Welcome to 7th Heaven.”
Come to Zen Retreat Spa, relax and discover a peaceful, calm, and quiet haven. Zen Retreat Spa can pamper you with personalized services that include gentle and holistic treatments. You deserve a trip to the spa. We are also an Ayurveda spa so you can experience relief and healing.
Your first visit will consist of a consultation session with our Ayurveda doctor who will formulate a therapeutic lifestyle plan. Your plan will consist of herbal supplements and treatments which will allow you to live your best life now. The cost of our consultation is $120.00 for one hour. During the consultation, your past and current situations will be discussed in private, in order to understand your attitude, temperament, body system, possible sickness, lifestyle, tendency for recurrent sickness, and your cravings.
During this first 60 minute consultation, we will investigate many aspects of your health and wellbeing, including tongue and eye examinations, family medical history, dosha imbalances, body constitution, and genetic disorders. If you are struggling with any sleep issues, depression, or anxiety issues, digestion issues, migraines, headaches, chronic pains, fatigue, or lack of energy, we may be able to determine the root of your issues.
