At Vederra Modular, we design and construct "build to suit" modular homes in Colorado for developers and affordable housing organizations. We design our energy-efficient housing to Net Zero standards and install critical components, such as high-efficiency heat pumps and solar panels, at our factory in Aurora, CO. This provides our local development partners, private, NGO, and government agencies with a turnkey solution for their growing needs as the state starts to legislate Net Zero construction.
