Treva Mitchell

Treva Mitchell is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with eighteen years of health care experience. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern University A & M College and a Master of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M University. She is member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society, Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, National Nurse Business Association, and the Obesity Medicine Association.
