Conveniently located on the corner of Pacific avenue and Elm street, 2 blocks from Pacific University, our physical therapy services include: ASTYM, post-surgical rehab, aquatic therapy, treatment of arthritis, neck and back care, TMJ and headache treatment, orthopedic and sports therapy, women's health, and work conditioning.

We are committed to our community and regularly provide support and sponsorship of Pacific University and Forest Grove high school athletics, as well as other community events.
