My name is Teresa Hug. Over the last 25 years as a nurse practitioner, I recognized that mental health was being unrecognized and untreated. I decided to specialize in mental health. I am board certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I use a holistic approach and offer psychotherapy, medication management, or both.

The goals of therapy are achieved in working together as a team in a safe and comfortable environment to live life again to the fullest potential life offers. Life is a journey but the is hope and promise in the future. I will listen and work with you to provide the best treatment option.
