TARA IACONO

Tara Iacono is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in psychiatry and addiction medicine. She specializes in Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder. Graduating with honors from the St. John’s University Physician Assistant program in 2006, Tara has established herself as a dedicated professional in the field. Her commitment to advancing her expertise led her to achieve a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) in 2021 with a focus on healthcare administration and leadership from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

She is a New York native and moved to Gilbert, AZ in 2016. Her hobbies include spending time with her son, yoga, running, and traveling as much as her schedule allows.
