He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology at Texas A&M University. He received his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed his internship and residency there as well. Afterward, Dr. Steele completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, where he trained with national experts in pancreatitis, liver disease, and advanced endoscopy.Dr. Steele has authored many publications in medical journals and presented his research at national conferences.
