Shiva Mohtashami, MD

Shiva Mohtashami, MD, is a board-certified family practitioner who welcomes patients of all ages to her private practice in Morgan Hill, California. As a primary care provider, Dr. Mohtashami welcomes individuals and families alike to receive consistent, up-to-date medical care.
