Sharmaine Cardenas

Sharmaine Cardenas, ACSW (she/her) is a neurodivergent, sex work, and LGBTQ+ friendly individual that identifies as a multiracial clinical social worker. She has received specialized training for the treatment of eating disorders, depression, trauma, and anxiety/PTSD. Her theoretical orientation is eclectic with a central focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

She is happy to support others in their journey of self-exploration and healing in a manner that feels safe through honest communication and opportunities for feedback throughout the therapeutic process.
