SANDRA BENEN OTR, Occupational Therapist

Sandy has been a resident of Naples for over 25 years and has a great passion for the community and its residents, especially children. She has 20 years of experience as an occupational therapist, specifically in pediatrics and children with autism. Sandy started her career at Naples Community Hospital working inpatient, outpatient, acute care and pediatrics. She then spent 10 years with Collier County Public Schools providing occupational therapy services to diverse populations and varying diagnoses. During her time with Collier County Public Schools, Sandy was introduced to applied behavior therapy techniques within the classes for children with autism and behavioral issues.
