David Moossazadeh, MD, is a board-certified family physician and aesthetics and wellness specialist at Restoring Health Medical Institute, Inc., which has locations in Rancho Cucamonga and the Pico-Robertson neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. 
Dr. Moossazadeh received his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from UCLA. He then completed his doctorate of osteopathic medicine at Western University in Pomona, California, before completing his residency at Mercy Medical Center Redding.
