RVIVL was founded by Dr. Adam Sands, a chiropractor and black belt in jiu jitsu, and Ken Silver an athlete who was Dr. Sands' patient almost 10 years ago. As athletes they constantly suffered from injuries and soreness, until they started implementing sauna and cold plunge into their recovery routines. Thats when they decided to share this life changing routine with the world by starting RVIVL. RVIVL strives to change the lives of athletes and anyone who is interested in their overall wellness. All of the equipment in our recovery studio is state of the art, and most importantly, backed by science. RVIVL offers Infrared sauna, ice bath, compression boots, red light therapy, contrast therapy, cold plunge, IVs including NAD, B12, Vitamin IVs, NAD IV, vitamin shots, b12 shots, the myers cocktail, and much more.
