Patricia O'Laughlin Psychotherapy

Patricia O'Laughlin is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in treating adults, children, couples with a wide range of challenges using a therapeutic approach based on acceptance and kindness. She has additional specializations in treating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, infidelity, career challenges, parenting (Psychology of Parenting), ADHD/Learning Differences (learning disabilities), adolescent self esteem, alcohol and drug addiction, past trauma and PTSD, grief, stress management, executive functioning challenges, and helping women with life transitions. She has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University (LMU).
