About Us

Mehrdad Asgeri, MD, is a nationally recognized gastroenterologist who is board-certified in both gastroenterology and internal medicine. He is an expert in treating conditions including colon cancer, Crohn's disease, hemorrhoids, acid reflux, and diverticulitis. Dr. Asgeri has been treating patients for over 25 years and brings his expertise to Oasis Advanced Gastroenterology in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage, California.
Dr. Asgeri is well respected by his peers and patients for his quality care and for following through the process. He is the only university-trained physician in the Coachella Valley certified in advanced endoscopic procedures, including endoscopic ultrasound.
