Norman J. Chan, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist. Dr. Chan treats patients of all ages at his office in Chinatown, New York. Dr. Chan is also a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon.Dr. Chan believes strongly in providing evidence-based medical care and specializes in a wide range of ear, nose, and throat problems.
