Newrez is a direct lender with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac offering standard conventional products. Additionally, Newrez is a Ginnie Mae issuer and offers a variety of FHA, VA, and USDA products. For renovation needs, we have the Fannie Homestyle Renovation program, and the FHA 203K Standard and Limited renovation programs. Our diverse programs jumbo and Non-Qm products for loans up to $5 million. Additionally, the Non-QM product line includes bank statement programs, expanded debt to income, foreign national and non-warrantable condo solutions.
