I am a Certified Public Accountant specializing in accounting and taxation for small and medium sized businesses. Besides, I am also experienced in handling non-profit organization and Minister/Clergy related tax matters. I gained over 20 years� experience in these areas. I was practicing as part time CPA over 20+ years and has helped me to remain current with tax rules and regulations.

Before venturing into Full time practice, I had an opportunity to serve a non-profit group with 42 congregations under their leadership. I was also being called to help those congregations to pursue their goals and keeping their financial records and books in order. I was also responsible for conducting their fiscal review on an ongoing basis for the benefits of parent organization for whom I was working as an accountant. My expertise in early detection of financial failure of those congregations has helped parent organization to take preventive measures before it collapses.

The business has to comply with both federal and state tax laws. I can assist you by preparing required forms and planning ahead to minimize the tax burden placed upon your business. I also offer computerized accounting, payroll system which can reduce burden of small business and they can focus on achieving their goals at competitive cost.
