My interest in mental health stems from working various positions and multiple roles under the umbrella of mental/behavioral health for around 16 years now. My experience began as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. I went back to school and became a registered nurse. As a RN, I worked at an adult/geriatric psychiatric hospital where I grew to love what I did even more. I still knew I could give more; therefore, I decided to go back to school to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Through many trials and tribulations, I managed to overcome the obstacles.

Depression, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders, Anxiety disorders, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, Eating disorders, Mental Health, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Behavioral Health, Personality disorders, including borderline personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder, Disruptive behavior disorders, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
