Mindy Choate, FNP

I am a passionate and enthusiastic board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioner Association. I have a special interest in sexual health education and treatment, as well as extensive training in women's health assessments and pelvic exams. I have over five years of experience specializing in the neonatal and pediatric populations for urgent and intense care needs. My goal is to design an individual treatment and education plan for each of my patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. As a Louisiana native, I am excited to serve the Houston community.
