Estate planning: the process of establishing a plan for the management & distribution of your assets upon your death, as well as a plan for the handling of health care & finance decisions during incapacity. Estate planning typically involves the preparation of a Will, Revocable Living Trusts, Power of Attorney, & Advance Health Care Directive.

Probate: a court process wherein the decedent's assets are distributed according to the terms of the will or intestate succession law. We assist clients in probate proceedings.

Trust Administration: typically involves working with the successor trustee to distribute the assets to the intended beneficiaries and/or to trusts for their benefit. We assist clients with trust administration.
