Live Oak Square Commercial

Live Oak Square is Johns Island’s newest mixed-use development located in front of Crowne at Live Oak Square Apartments on Maybank Highway. The development will include multiple restaurants, retail, medical and office tenants. The first phase will consist of approximately 35, 000 square feet of commercial space contained in six buildings all located on approximately ten acres that will feature planned parking, green space and a park.
