Thanks for stopping by. Let me tell you a little about myself including my background and why I have decided to follow my heart and become a Life and Career Transition Coach.

I have experienced several periods of transition in my life over the years, both professionally and personally. I have learned many valuable lessons from my experiences; and I came to realize that I have always had my greatest sense of joy when I have been able to support others. We all have our own unique purpose, and that has lead me here. I knew it was time to take my professional career to the next level.

Prior to starting my Life Coaching practice, I have been a Certified Project Manager and Process Improvement Specialist in the Financial Services Industry for several years. I have extensive experience managing large technical and business transformation projects that have provided me with the opportunity to work with many professionals, who I have mentored so they could achieve far more than they ever thought possible.

My passion to support others combined with my professional experience has enabled me to work with my clients on various personal and professional changes in their lives including changing careers, getting promoted, improving team performance, and improving work life balance.

Although, change is never easy, what brings me the most satisfaction is the big transformation! Let’s face it, change is inevitable. How boring would our lives be if everything remained the same? Transition makes me feel excited! I feel so energized when I’m going through a transition, and this is why I want to support you and guide you through whatever changes you want to experience.

I have been very fortunate in my career and have worked with great mentors and phenomenal leaders, who have mentored me and helped me grow. I believe that we are all leaders of our own lives, and we owe it to ourselves to follow our true passion and heart’s desires. When we are living life with purpose and passion, we feel happy and peaceful and have more energy to do the things we love to do.

Sometimes it is hard to know where you are going in life, let alone how to get there. We all need a little help now and then figuring things out. I am here to help you achieve your transformation, whatever that means for you.
