About Our PracticeLegacy Orthopaedics is an orthopedic surgery practice located in Miami, Florida, and led by board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist Thomas Riley IV, MD. Dr. Riley strives to give his patients the best possible outcome for their musculoskeletal injuries and pain and get them back to a comfortable level of physical activity. Dr. Riley earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before completing residency training in orthopedic surgery at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He also completed fellowship training in sports medicine through the Miami Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Institute in Coral Gables, Florida.
