Hi there, I’m Lamara, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with prescriptive authority. I have over 10 years of experience in providing mental health care to adults, teens, and children in a variety of settings.

I currently work with adults and young adults struggling with a multitude of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. Influenced by training as both a social worker and a nurse practitioner, I tailor my treatment to each individual person. I partner with my clients to optimize their overall wellness because I have a passion for providing inclusive care and promoting patient empowerment.
