Kit McKinney, RDN, CDCES

Kit McKinney has been a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist for 30 years. A native of East Texas, Kit earned a BS in Sociology and Health from Texas A&M University. She continued her studies in clinical nutrition at The University of Texas Pan American before completing a fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. Kit's passion is educating and empowering patients to prevent long term complications caused by diabetes and other chronic diseases. Drawing from three decades of clinical expertise, Kit co-founded MNT Associates to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and accessible nutrition therapy.
