Jerry Kane is an experienced consultant who has helped many businesses with a wide variety of issues. From 1987 until 2013, he acted as the Chairman, President and CEO of Sam Kane Beef Processors, Inc. During that time, he transformed the company from one of thousands of beef packers into the fifth biggest company in the industry. He led efforts to modify and draft regulations at the State and Federal level across various agencies including OSHA, USDA, FSIS, TCEQ, TXDPS, PUC, Worker's Comp Commission, and TDI.

In another role, Jerry managed a legislative directive to combine 13 state agencies into one big super-agency. This agency comprised of over 79, 000 employees and had a budget of over $75 Billion in 2004. Furthermore, Jerry Kane acted as a liaison between agency and the Texas House and Speaker, Senate and Lieutenant Governor, and Governor, as well as the United States House of Representatives and Senate.
