Over My 13 years as a Family Medicine Nurse practitioner, I have developed a passion for metabolic and wellness medicine. I have continued my education to better understand the medical complexities that complicate weight loss and weight maintenance. I am a certified health coach and have a certificate of advanced education in Obesity Medicine through the Obesity Medicine Association. As a busy health care professional, wife, and mom I understand the real-life balancing act of work, parenthood, and health. I strive to guide by example. My goal is to help guide patients in identifying, defining, and meeting their health needs and goals in a realistic sustainable manner.
