John Freeman, MD, DDS, FACS

John Freeman, MD, DDS, FACS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon providing high-quality surgical care to adults and children living in and around Katy, Texas, and throughout Harris County. 
Dr. Freeman earned his dental degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City. After graduation, Dr. Freeman obtained his medical degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. 
Before entering private practice, Dr. Freeman completed a general surgery residency and maxillofacial surgery training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, also in Nashville. He has earned multiple awards, including honors for excellence in research and clinical work.
