Jennifer Kittredge

Jennifer enjoys walking alongside people in therapy as they overcome obstacles and challenges they’ve faced in navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety and depression. Whether it’s working with children or adults, individuals or families, Jennifer strives to help clients meet their desired goals to improve their quality of life. She has previously worked as a counselor at Safe Harbor in Greenville helping children and their families through the trauma of domestic violence, as well as providing school-based therapy for children in Spartanburg County schools.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, and trips to the beach.
