Recognizing the need for therapy takes courage. I enjoy working with patients who realize that there is a great need for self-exploration through all of life's moments. Honest, self-reflection is key to a healthy emotional, spiritual, mental and physical foundation. Maintaining a therapeutic relationship takes trust and dedication for both the patient and the therapist. I do not take for granted the privilege to participate in this journey with patients.
