I am a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. I was trained at the one of the country's top nursing institutions - The Ohio State University College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio. My passion lies in community health. After years providing primary care for the most vulnerable in downtown Columbus - those living with Severe Mental Illness (SMI), experiencing housing insecurity, and those with Substance Use disorder - I have decided to bring my experience and practice closer to home… Clintonville. My business partner and I have created Form & Function Healthcare to bring exceptional care to Clintonville. We are excited about the potential to grow a clinic that focuses on the patient and community - not profits, greed, or ego.
