Soffia professional civil engineer graduate from University of Costa Rica, with a very extensive record of local and international construction experience. Fluent in English and Spanish, he has a strong background in Residential and Commercial Construction, Appraisal, Land Development, Subdivisions, Construction Management, construction of highways, high-rises, bridges, and sanitary system of the cities and all kind of inspections related with constructions. Mr Soffia is a Licensed General Contractor, Licensed Home Inspector and Licensed Sales Associate Agent.
