My name is Muhammad Zeshan, MD, and I am a Board Certified child and adult psychiatric care provider at Inside Out CURE, in Princeton, New Jersey.What makes the “Inside Out” practice ideal for you, your child, and your loved ones?My father passed away in 2019 in Pakistan while I was completing my child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Harvard. On my flight to Pakistan, I was overwhelmed with feelings of sadness, shame, and guilt for not being able to say goodbye and not spending enough time with him during my training. I started to feel heaviness in my eyes, chest, head, arms, and legs. It was too much for me to cope with, and I felt like doing something to distract myself.
