Dr. Starkman welcomes patients to High Line Dentistry, located in Chelsea, right in the heart of Lower Manhattan, New York.After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Dr. Starkman was accepted into dental school. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry in New York City.Dr. Starkman stayed at NYU as a faculty member and taught incoming dental students. Ultimately, Dr. Starkman knew she wanted to go into private practice and founded High Line Dentistry.
