Hazelden Betty Ford's drug and alcohol addiction and mental health treatment center in Plymouth, MN, located just west of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, specializes in addiction and mental health rehab for adolescents, teenagers and young adults ages 12-25.
