Hazelden Betty Ford's outpatient drug and alcohol addiction and mental health treatment center is located in the Overlake Medical Pavilion in Bellevue, Washington, located just 10 miles east of downtown Seattle. Our outpatient treatment clinic ensures that more people in Washington State will have access to substance abuse rehab and mental health services-close to home, with convenient scheduling and connected to a strong network of community resources and recovery support.

We offer intensive outpatient rehab, Opioid addiction treatment, mental health services, DUI deferred prosecution program, recovery management and family services. Hazelden Betty Ford is in-network with most insurance providers.
