As a Hispanic therapist, I specialize in applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities, overcome mental and emotional challenges. With an empathetic approach, I create a safe nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I have experience assisting people with disabilities, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, complex relationship challenges, self-esteem difficulties, and substance abuse. My goal is to promote individuals' mental and emotional well-being by addressing challenges, improving functioning, and fostering personal growth.
