Gregory R. Wilson

Gregory R. Wilson is an attorney in San Francisco and has been in private practice focusing in the tax area. Greg has a broad tax practice representing both individuals and companies in tax disputes and transactions.

Greg has practiced law full-time focusing on the tax area since 1996. Previously Greg was a tax associate with Berliner Cohen in San Jose, KPMG LLP (M&A Tax Group) in Los Angeles, and Titchell, Maltzman, Mark & Ohleyer, PC in San Francisco. Greg started his own practice, Gregory R. Wilson, Attorney-at-Law, in November 2006. He also serves as Of-Counsel to the law firm of Springs & Associates, P.C., a boutique law firm in San Francisco focusing on trusts and estates.
