Janet Corsello
President, NMLS #134240

After successfully raising two daughters, I began my entry back into the working world by becoming a real estate agent in 1982. This career choice was not as successful as raising the girls, as I soon found out I had absolutely no sense of direction. I was very good at the legal and numbers end, but I couldn’t seem to locate the houses in a timely manner!

Fate lent a hand and I was afforded the opportunity to join a mortgage company as a loan originator in 1986. My real estate experience was perfect background for what I became excellent at.

Four years later in 1989, I opened First Choice Mortgage Services, Inc. and became one of the few women owned mortgage companies at the time. What a grand way to use my experience. I found this to be a truly win-win situation. The borrower gets the benefit of your experience, the bank (that ultimately buys the loan) gets a completed package and I get to make a living. It was the only business I could think of, that when a borrower first comes to you, they are happy and excited because they just purchased a home. And when closing comes and they leave you (provided you have done a good job), they are happy and excited to move into another phase of their lives.

Well, we must have done a good job because we are still here, thanks to all of our customers who remember us and tell their friends about us. Thank you.

Natalie Corsello Frazier

After graduating from Washington and Jefferson College, Natalie dove into the Real Estate industry. She began her career working simultaneously as a Real Estate Agent and for a Closing Firm. Early on she learned the importance of a good Realtor and Closing Agent. "Good Communication between all of the Real Estate Professionals is key for a smooth transaction for our clients"

Natalie has been originating loans for the past 20 years for First Choice Mortgage. She has been honored with being chosen as a Five Star Mortgage Professional in Pittsburgh Magazine in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 2014, 2015, and 2016. "I have seen so many changes in our industry in these past years....people need someone they can trust to help them with potentially the largest purchase they will make in their lives." Natalie works to give back to the community, she has served as the Treasurer and Club Service Chair, for the Rich-Mar Rotary, the chair for Cranberry WBN and is a member of PRE.

Linda Martin

Linda has been a mortgage originator for 23 years. She began her career in 1989 as a Realtor and moved into the mortgage end of the business in 1991. She realized that she could make a definite difference in the lives of those purchasing a home as a loan originator by helping first time homebuyers as well as repeat buyers determine how much they could easily afford to spend without stretching their budget to the limit. “I feel very strongly that my customers understand the importance of what they are doing by securing a mortgage and I take the time to explain every aspect of the process to them. I make sure that the product I am recommending to you is the best fit for you and your situation. I am well versed in all aspects of the origination process and am very knowledgeable in FHA, VA, and USDA loan products.” “I will do everything possible to make sure that your experience is a positive one and that I will be accessible to you throughout the process from pre-approval to closing so that you know and understand exactly what is happening at all times”

April Double
Loan Processor

A Graduate of State University of Long Beach with a B.S. in Business Finance, April has more than 18 years' experience in the mortgage industry. She started her career as a Sr. Underwriter / Loan Processor in 1999. In 2016 April joined our staff and has become a quick and efficient loan processor. She takes pride in her ability to anticipate underwriting issues and obtains fast loan approvals, working diligently with our investors for a quick application to close. April resides in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and enjoys travelling and spending time with her family. 

Debbie Lucci
Loan Processor

After graduating from West Virginia University, Debbie began her career in the Mortgage Industry holding various positions. After 11 years in the Mortgage Industry, Debbie took a break to raise her 3 beautiful daughters. Now that her family is older, she has eagerly returned to the Mortgage Industry and is amazed to see all the changes that have occurred. "It is exciting to be working in the industry again, and I hope to carry forward the things I have learned through the years: The importance of good communication and interaction with all parties involved in the mortgage process".

Chris Healy
Business Development Manager

Chris has valuable client relationship skills, along with office administration experience. She brings personalized level of service to each client by ensuring a smooth home buying process for them. She is commited to provide attentive and helpful assistance and treat them with the highest degree of professionalism. Prior to her joining our staff, she has spent over 20 years in the food service sales business, most recently with Sysco Foodservice as an Account Manager.

She has been an active member of the Cranberry Women's Business Network (WBN) since 2014. She currently holds a Board position, as a Recording Secretary and Chairs the Bylaws Committe for WBN.

Chris now lives in the Pittsburgh Area. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
