FAUSKA BASHABE, Nurse Practitioner

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the Texas Board of Nursing, Licensed to Practice in Texas. I Graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2018 with a Master of Science in Nursing. I obtained my BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2013 few years after graduating from Wayne County Community College in Detroit Michigan in 2010 with my Associate degree in Nursing.
I practiced most of my Nursing career as an Intensive care Unit Nurse in major hospital systems including Detroit Medical Center, Memorial Hermann Hospital and HCA Healthcare in addition to working in many other health care settings such as Long term care facilities, home health on a part time basis.
