Dr. Jonathan Chin, the founder of Excelsior Pain Management, grew up in Austin, TX, and even though his medical expertise has taken him around the country, he has always identified as a proud Austinite. Dr. Chin graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin and later graduated from medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.Following medical school, Dr. Chin moved to Houston and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine, which is consistently ranked as one of the best Anesthesiology programs in the country.  Desiring further subspecialty training, Dr.
