Everyday Movers is a full service company that doesn't rely on any participation from the customer. We offer a wide range of services; we're prepared to do small single item deliveries or full apartment/house moves. This include residential and commercial moves, fine art, delicate and fragile furniture. No job is too small, too big, too early, or too late.

This includes being on the job 24/7 365 days a year. There is no exception but mother nature.

Our friendly and courteous staff will assist you with packing, wrapping and transporting. We provide free pricing quotes and consultation. We guarantee that there won't be any hidden fees or dubious charges. We provide free wrapping materials, except if bubble wrap and additional boxes are needed for the move.

We pride ourselves on our wide range of services including storage, Salvation Army, Housing Works, and Good Will drop offs, dumping of unwanted debris, clearing of apartments. Everyday Movers also specializes in loading and off loading Uhauls and disassembling and assembling IKEA furniture. Everyday Movers also assists with staging. We provide any type of courier and multiple drop offs and pickup services anytime.

Rates are determined by size of object, distance, time for job and man power required. A gas surcharge is required for all moving jobs. Within all 5 boroughs, we do not charge for the traveling time to our clients. No extra fees for walk ups. Moving blankets and dollies provided at no cost.

Rent a van with driver (no labor included)

    $55/hour, minimum 2 hours.
    $20 for gas.
    toll if necessary.

IKEA Charges
For collecting and shopping for your items we charge

    $75/hour - waiting time (1 hour minimum, the
    clock starts when we arrive at IKEA and stops
    when the van is completely loaded with items).
    $90 flat fee - delivery, for just 1 man at work
    and 90 minutes of our time.
    For assembly we charge $75/hour.

Regular moving job with 15 ft. length Cargo Van

    $95/hour for 2 men at work, 2 hours minimum
    (additional time is charged by the minute, only
    the first two hours is a required charge)
    $20 for gas + toll if necessary
    Add $20/hour for every extra man needed in
    addition to the first 2 guys

Workers/Laborers (no truck included)

    1 man at work - $55/hour, minimum 2 hours.
    2 men at work - $80/hour, minimum 2 hours.
    3 men at work - $105/hour, minimum 2 hours.

We can send as many guys as you need to help
load or unload your own moving truck

Regular moving job with 18 ft length Truck

    $150/hour for 3 men at work, 3 hours minimum
    (additional time is charged by the minute, only
    the first two hours is a required charge)
    $45 for gas
    Tolls if necessary

Regular moving job with 22 ft length Truck

    $180/hour for 3 men at work, 3 hours minimum
    (additional time is charged by the minute, only the
    first two hours is a required charge))
    $45 for gas
    Tolls if necessary

Cancellation Fee

    $80/hour for any jobs, that has 2hr minimum.
    Client need to provide a notice of cancellation within
    24 hours of scheduled appointment, otherwise fee
    will apply.
