What Is A Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a thorough examination of the home including attic, roof, and if possible the basement and the exterior. Some areas could possibly be excluded from the inspection because they are considered unsafe, inaccessible, or cause damage to the property when entered or inspected.
A home inspector should tell you what home systems are working, becoming out-dated or have outlived their life expentancy. A home inspection is a picture of the house on that day and does not offer future warranties for breakdown.
