Our Mission

Here at Elliot & Associates, we provide individual, couples, and family therapy where we utilize DBT or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Holistic Approaches, Goal Directive Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy as well as many other therapeutic approaches. We offer these services in a private practice setting which enables us to maintain client confidentiality and follow our ethical standards, which are of utmost importance to us.

We have started a group for our Veterans that focuses on specific topics including PTSD groups geared more to the contributing trauma(s) and allowing specific training including my PSSP (nationally recognized court-approved parenting instructor) certifications to better serve our community expanding on existing services offered. I will be able to reduce the wait time to enroll in a class, which is anywhere from 6 to 8 months, to meet the requirements for court-mandated parenting class which divorcing parents are required to take prior to their divorce being finalized. Also, I will be able to provide mediation services focusing on a common goal of encouraging both parents to work together instead of alienating themselves and their families in the process.
