Elena (Pug) Kroo

Elena “Pug” Kroo is a lifelong advocate and facilitator of humans seeking clarity, moving beyond barriers, and achieving goals. As a Certified Professional Coach, she is proficient at working with individuals, organizations, and businesses to identify, strategize, and realize goals. Her keen insight is skillfully intertwined with reflective listening, direct communication, and non-judgment to ensure a safe, supportive space is created for inspiring progress. She is a steadfast advocate for equitable approaches to workspaces and embracing the differences each individual brings to the table. Pug holds both a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Master of Planning (MPL) from USC and a BA in Urban Studies from LMU.
