I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes in the power of listening, connection, and compassion. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and patient-centered. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and life transitions.

Clients often tell me they feel truly heard and supported in our sessions. Together, we explore what’s holding you back and find practical steps toward healing and growth. I may recommend medication if helpful, and I always take time to explain your options clearly.
