For over 35 years I have been committed to providing hope and healing to people of all ages. Folks come to therapy for a variety of reasons but generally are hoping to develop a relationship in which they can show up and talk about what really matters to them. Within the context of this respectful, safe, and confidential relationship I will help you to examine how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interacting to keep you stuck.
As a committed Christian and trauma-informed psychotherapist I will use an eclectic body of knowledge and skills to help you learn to live more comfortably and to like and respect yourself more.
